Data deletion instructions

You may ask BizAutoFlow to delete your AIefying Ad Campaigns account and associated personal data at any time.

How to submit a request

1. Email bizautoflow@gmail.com from the email address used for your AIefying Ad Campaigns account.
2. Use the subject AIefying Ad Campaigns Data Deletion and include your account email and workspace or business name. Never include a Meta access token, password, or app secret.
3. We will verify the request and confirm when eligible account, workspace, campaign-draft, uploaded-asset, and stored Meta-connection data has been deleted or de-identified. We generally complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any information we must retain for security, legal, or billing obligations.

Remove Meta access immediately

You can also remove the connected Meta app from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. This revokes future access from Meta, but it does not delete campaigns or other objects already created in your Meta ad account.

What deletion does not remove

Advertising objects already created in Meta remain under your Meta account and can be deleted in Meta Ads Manager. Records that must be retained to meet legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting requirements are kept only for the required period.
